Close co-operation with our customers is one of our maxims.

Customer training involves that we share our know-how and experience regarding AUMA products with you.

Our target
 

With our training programs, we would like to provide you with a sound know-how on AUMA products and therefore avoid problems regarding selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance right from the start.

 

 

 

 

 

Training Program Options

  • Quarterly non-residential Customer Training Program conducted free of cost.
  • Tailor-made Training Programs to suit Technicians and Engineers on chargeable basis.
  • On-site training programs at customer premises on chargeable basis, covering topics on operation & maintenance, troubleshooting and overhauling or repair of actuators (based on customer requirement).

 

 

Quarterly Customer Training Program

Location: Virtual Platform (On-line)

Duration: 1 day

Previous knowledge: No special previous knowledge required.

  • Overview of AUMA actuators, actuator controls and gearboxes.
  • Basic concepts and definitions.
  • Design and function of AUMA actuators, actuator controls and gearboxes.
  • Applications of AUMA actuators and gearboxes.
  • Planning and sizing.
  • Service conditions / enclosure protections / corrosion protection norms.
  • Operation & Maintenance.
  • Hands-on exposure to actuators & gearboxes.
