Profinet on Ethernet-pohjainen tiedonsiirtoprotokolla teolliselle automatisointitekniikalle. Profinet perustuu lähtökohtaisesti Profibusin toimintamalleihin. Siten vaihto uuteen teknologiaan on Profibus-käyttäjille mahdollista erittäin helposti. Profinet yhdistelee silloin tunnetun kenttäväyläjärjestelmän ja Industrial Ethernetin etuja.

Profinetilla varustetut AUMA-toimilaitteet tukevat toimilaiteohjauksen AC .2 koko toimintolaajuutta ja ovat integroitavissa helposti ja joustavasti erilaisiin verkkotyyppeihin.

Industrial Ethernet

EtherNet/IP on Ethernet-pohjainen tiedonsiirtoprotokolla teolliselle automatisointitekniikalle. EtherNet/IP käyttää DeviceNetistä tunnettua CIP:tä (Common Industrial Protocol).

Toimilaiteohjauksella AC .2 varustetut AUMA-toimilaitteet tukevat EtherNet/IP:tä ja ovat integroitavissa helposti ja joustavasti erilaisiin verkkotyyppeihin.

Modbus TCP

Industrial Ethernet

Modbus TCP on Ethernet-pohjainen tiedonsiirtoprotokolla teolliselle automatisointitekniikalle. Modbus TCP vastaa yleisesti käytettävän Modbus-protokollan (RTU) suoraa käyttöä TCP/IP-pohjaiseen tiedonsiirtoon. Olemassa olevat Modbus-sovellukset voivat siten käyttää erittäin helposti yhteyssuuntautunutta, turvattua prosessidatan vaihtoa olemassa olevan Ethernet-verkon kautta.

Toisin kuin muissa protokollissa, Modbus voi käsitellä viivästettyjä viestejä, joita esiintyy usein Esim.: modeemiyhteyksissä tai langattomissa verkoissa.

Modbus mahdollistaa siten luotettavan ohjauksen, laitevalvonnan ja tietojen keräämisen etäältä.

Toimilaiteohjauksella AC .2 varustetut AUMA-toimilaitteet tukevat Modbus TCP:tä ja ovat integroitavissa helposti ja joustavasti erilaisiin verkkotyyppeihin.

Seinäteline ja johtosarjat

Lisävarusteet

Seinätelineen (WH) ja seinätelineelle tarkoitetun johtosarjan (LSW) avulla toimilaitteen ohjausyksikön voi asentaa erilleen toimilaitteesta.

Jälkiasennus on mahdollista aina tarvittaessa. Nämä lisävarusteet sopivat käytettäviksi esimerkiksi silloin, kun toimilaitteisiin on hankala päästä käsiksi tai kun venttiilien alueella esiintyy voimakasta tärinää tai korkeita lämpötiloja.

Suurin sallittu etäisyys on 100 metriä.

Ruuvinvääntimellä tapahtuva käyttö

Lisävarusteet

Muunnossarjan avulla käsipyörän voi korvata ruuvinvääntimelle tarkoitetulla neliökannalla. Näin venttiiliä voi liikuttaa hätätilanteessa ruuvinvääntimen avulla, mikä säästää huomattavasti aikaa ja vaivaa kriittisissä tilanteissa.

Upotettuja kohteita varten on saatavissa myös yhdistelmä, joka sisältää sekä varusteet ruuvinvääntimellä tapahtuvaa hätäkäyttöä varten että karajatkeen.

Käsipyörän karajatke

Monikierrostoimilaitteet

Erityisesti toimilaitteita varten kehitetyn taajuusmuuttajan käyttö tuo monenlaisia etuja. Säädettävän kierrosluvun ohella näitä etuja ovat muun muassa jännite- ja taajuusvaihtelujen sieto, virran pysyminen vakaana moottorin käynnistyksen yhteydessä sekä venttiilin kulumisen vähentyminen pehmeästi tapahtuvan pääteasentoihin ajon ansiosta.

Kestävä rakenne sietää erinomaisesti ulkoista rasitusta (vakiomallin ilmastorasitusluokka C5, IP67, double sealed - kotelointiluokka säilyy käyttöönoton yhteydessä). Myös lisäsuojaus on tarvittaessa mahdollista.

SEVEN-toimilaitteesta on saatavissa kolme erilaista elektroniikkaversiota: ECOTRON, PROFITRON ja HiMod.
